The Gateway Programme provides structured, evidence-based resources and facilitator training to support frontline professionals working with people who have experienced controlling and abusive intimate relationships.
Developed from more than 20 years of specialist practice, Gateway provides practical, risk-managed programmes that help participants understand abusive relationship dynamics, recognise patterns of control and move forward safely.
Gateway provision can be facilitated in group or one-to-one settings, with separate facilitator training available for each approach.
Facilitator Training
Gateway Programme provides two separate facilitator training routes:
Group Gateway Facilitator Training
For frontline workers who will provide the Group Gateway Programme on a one-to-one basis.
One-to-One Gateway Facilitator Training
For frontline workers who will provide the Gateway Programme on a one-to-one basis.
Training is provided remotely in a series of interactive half-day sessions.
Supporting Organisations
Gateway Programme also supports organisations wishing to establish safe, consistent and risk-managed Gateway provision within their services.

The Gateway Programme was designed and developed by Linda Davies, drawing on more than 20 years of experience developing and supporting Gateway provision.
