Cancellation & Training Terms

Gateway Facilitator Training places are reserved for the individual or organisation making the
booking.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel a training place.

Where less than 72 hours' notice is provided, or a participant does not attend a booked training session, a £50 non-attendance/cancellation charge may apply.

Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Attendance

Gateway Facilitator Training consists of a series of linked half-day sessions and participants are expected to attend all sessions.

If a participant is unable to attend part of the training, please contact us to discuss the options available for completing the training.

Who is liable to incur charges:

Organisations who nominate delegates, or self-nominated delegates.

Gateway Programme will apply discretionary exceptions in some circumstances.
